Ma olen 'tellija', aga lugeda eriti ei viitsi :D, ausalt öeldes ma ei viitsi enam Instagramis üldse eriti käia ... Peale õhtust meditatsiooni pigem loen või keeran kohe magama. Viimane pole tegelikult hea mõte, kuna kui kustutan tule enne, kui uni murdma hakkab, siis puhkan silmad kinni kahe-kolme tunniga välja ja pean hoopis üles tõusma. Pea läheb selgeks ja mul pole pikali enam midagi teha.

Eks ma vist selle pärast pole viitsinud lugeda, et mul pole kavas lahku minna ja kui see juhtub, siis ilma traumata päris kindlasti...
Minu meelest on tal iga kuu ise teema.

It’s easy to hold onto hurt and pain from past relationships, especially those experienced during childhood. This pain is stored in the nervous system as post-traumatic stress and affects current and future relationships, particularly by causing an insecure attachment bond."
